Bioscience Symposium: The inaugural Oregon University-Industry Bioscience Symposium will be held on Wedneseday, June 21, at the CH2M Hill Alumni Center. Undergraduate and graduate students who aspire to careers in the bioscience industry are particularly encouraged to attend. Registration deadline has been extended to June 14. CBEE Internship Survey: Have you held an internship anytime since school began in the fall? Do you have an upcoming summer internship lined up? If so, please complete the 2016-17 CBEE Internship Survey for any internship that began or will begin between Sept. 21, 2016 and Sept. 19, 2017, that is, in Fall 2016 or in Winter, Spring or Summer 2017. Tracking CBEE student internships helps to improve future internship opportunities. Thanks!
Deadline TODAY: Sophomore Women’s Research Fellowship: The College of Engineering is offering a $1,000 research fellowship for students who will be in their second year in Fall 2017. All majors are encouraged to apply. More information and the application can be found at: http://red.engr.oregonstate.edu/sophomore-womens-research-fellowship-program. Applications are due June 12. The CBEE Graduation Celebration will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 16, at Corvallis High School.
If you applied to pro-school for Summer Term 2017, you will receive email notification of the decision before June 27.
Richard Kerr and Kristin Rorrer will be available for advising all summer. Make appointments online with Kristin (ChE) or Richard (BioE/EnvE). Log in with your ONID account and select a time. Richard and Kristin also have walk-in hours 3-5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Please sign in on the iPad in Johnson 116 (the CBEE lobby is on the right as you enter Johnson Hall from the main, south entrance).
