Interests and Research:
Philip Harding brings a wealth of industrial and business experience with him in his role as Linus Pauling Engineer. Dr. Harding has worked in the oil, pulp and paper, and microelectronic industries with a history of responsibilities ranging from research and development to product reliability to worldwide manufacturing and research strategy. He holds 9 patents, with another 15 pending. Most recently, he worked for Hewlett-Packard in Corvallis in the role of Master Technologist. This background is applied to preparing process engineering seniors for the workforce.
