Preventing Infections: Adsorption
of Antibiotics onto Catheters

Implanted medical devices, such as
catheters, are prone to contamination by bacteria. Coating these surfaces with
antibiotecs could prevent problematic infections. This project evaluates
catheter coating techniques and the efficacy of the coating.
