STREAKING FROM THE

The goal of this project was to observe how
microorganisms thoroughly saturate the world around us.
EXPERIMENTAL METHOD
Take samples from various places of environment
using sterile moist cotton swabs and petri dishes.
Allow samples to incubate overnight at 37°C.
Tests
Count number of colonies after 24 hours of
incubation.
RESULTS
Quantitative table of cell colonies
