Information for CBEE Scholarship Applications
Pete and Rosalie Johnson Scholarship and Summer Internship Program
Eligibility: Any first year student in Chemical, Biological or Environmental Engineering (must have successfully completed ChE/BioE/EnvE 102).
Application Materials
- Completed 2012 Johnson Internship Application / Click Here
- Resume, which must include:
- High School Information (school, year, GPA);
- list of high school and OSU activities and leadership positions;
- employment history - employer name, dates, and brief description
of duties.
Application Materials must be saved in one file as
Johnson12_YourName.doc
Submit via email to cbee@oregonstate.edu no later than Monday, March 26, 2012 at 5pm PDT.
Students will be notified in the first week of Spring term and will be required to attend weekly meetings at a time to be determined.

CBEE School Scholarships (for continuing or transfer students)
The School of CBEE provides up to $70,000 per year in scholarships to ChE, BioE and EnvE students. To be eligible for CBEE scholarships, students must submit a College of Engineering scholarship form. To apply for a 2011 CBEE School Scholarship (ChE, EnvE and BioE students) through the College of Engineering, submit a completed COE Scholarship form by February 1, 2011. There is NOT a separate CBEE form that is required. However it is important that applicants address the specific CBEE scholarship criteria listed below in their application.
- Fill out and submit a COE
Scholarship web-based form.
Criteria for CBEE Scholarships:
- Academics (greater
weighting for higher GPA)
- Departmental Activities (e.g., AIChE Or BioE Student
Chapter, ECOST, NASA, etc.)
- Extracurricular Activities (especially
community based, such as dorm or house counselor, ASOSU, club
or varsity sports, leadership positions, etc... IM sports are not counted)
- Additional Circumstances you think are important for consideration.
