Chih-Hung Chang’s current research focuses on the following areas: process and chemical reaction engineering, scalable nanomanufacturing, multifunctional materials and devices, and integrated chemical systems. Chang’s group was the first to report inkjet printing of amorphous oxide TFTs and CIGS solar cells and has received recognition for jointly developing microreactor-assisted nanomaterial deposition techniques. Other noteworthy work includes bio-inspired antireflective coatings on solar photovoltaic panels and inks for printing electronics on textiles.
