Announcements

Walk-in advising is cancelled for Friday, March 15 due to an all advisor event on campus.

Starting January 14, we have a new walk-in advising time, 3:30-4pm. This change allows us to offer more scheduled appointments each day, while still providing walk-in advising for urgent needs.

Advising Appointments

Advising appointments are required once per term for all CBEE undergraduate students to obtain their PIN number for registration for the following term. Please schedule your appointment through the links above. If you have questions about booking appointments or are having trouble finding your advisor, please email us at cbee.advising@oregonstate.edu

Late Policy

If you arrive to a scheduled advising appointment 5 minutes or more late, you may be asked to reschedule. If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, you must reschedule. When we reserve time for you, we require all of that time to provide you with the best quality work possible. When you are late it decreases the advisors ability to accomplish this.

No Show Policy

No penalty for the first time you do not come to a scheduled appointment. If you no show on a 2nd appointment or more, we will not give you your PIN for registration until the final day of Phase I registration. If you schedule an appointment and need to cancel, please contact your advisor.

Walk-in Advising

CBEE Advisors provide one walk-in time daily, from 3:30-4pm. These times are intended for students with quick 1-10 minute questions. No PINs will be distributed during walk-in advising.

CBEE Curriculum & Degree Requirements

Advising Guides & Policies

Below are advising guides for each of our B.S. programs. These guides include course information, a sample 4-year plan, and information about advising services.

Transfer Student Resources

Transfer students are encouraged to reach out to CBEE advisors before transferring to OSU. We can help you understand how your transfer courses will apply to your degree at OSU and help you navigate the requirements for your degree. CBEE majors have heavily sequenced coursework, much of which is limited by acceptance into Pro School, so we encourage you to reach out to obtain an accurate assessment of time to degree completion.
