More about the evening

This fun and informative business-casual event will begin with appetizers – at a mixer for industry, faculty, and student leaders, followed by “Career Insights” presentations by industry participants for the student attendees. After the presentations, we’ll move to the catered networking reception in the historic Memorial Union Lounge – a chance for industry representatives and students to connect one-on-one in a relaxed, informal setting.

The evening's schedule of events includes:

  • Get-acquainted Mixer – for Industry, Faculty & Student Leaders
  • Career Insights Program – present your company to the student audience
  • Networking Reception with ample time to meet one-on-one with interested students

Recruiting OSU engineering students

If your organization recruits students in chemical engineering, bioengineering or environmental engineering, you can’t afford to miss out on this great opportunity to inform students about your company, to speak with potential candidates, and to learn more about the School of Chemical, Biological and Environmental Engineering and the Oregon State University College of Engineering.

Event hosting and sponsorship

This event is co-hosted by the OSU College of Engineering's student professional chapter of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) (the “CBEE Club”) and by the OSU School of CBEE. It is made possible through company participant sponsorship fees of $500 per organization, covering attendance by up to five company representatives. An invoice with payment instructions will be generated upon registration for the event. All funds received in excess of event costs will be distributed to the student club hosting the event to support club events and activities. To provide the richest networking experience for everyone involved, we encourage attendance by several representatives per company, especially during the networking reception from 7:00-8:00 pm.
